ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fragrances: Primary aromas dominate with fruity and floral notes to a citrus note.
Taste-olfactory notes Dry wine of marked freshness, very balanced. Tasteful fullness and persistence are complemented by a pleasant almond note typical of the vine.
COMBINATIONS AND SERVICE
Dishes It goes perfectly with fish dishes in general. Excellent with fresh cheeses or baked products based on slightly seasoned cheeses.
